Nicole Anne Holistic Wellness is pleased to announce an upcoming FREE Senior Chair Yoga event designed to make mindful movement and the benefits of yoga accessible, comfortable, and enjoyable for older adults. The 60-minute group class will take place on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Ed Robson Library / Maricopa County, 9330 East Riggs Road, Sun Lakes, AZ 85226. Senior Chair Yoga offers participants an opportunity to experience gentle movement in a welcoming and supportive environment.
