His background spans business leadership, real estate development, finance, and public service, including five years on the Gilbert Town Council.

Throughout his career, Ben has worked with diverse groups to solve complex challenges, build consensus, and navigate difficult conversations. He brings that real-world experience to this workshop, helping participants develop practical skills they can use in everyday life.
