What product or service do you offer?
Leading Edge Preschool provides a safe, developmentally appropriate, nurturing and faith-based environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive and physical growth, as well as a positive self-image and a love of learning. Offering care to children ages 2-5, Leading Edge Preschool is a faith-based, year center that offers lows ratios and excellent curriculum. We are a Quality Plus Preschool with campuses in Gilbert, Mesa and Queen Creek.
 
What makes your business different, competitive, or unique?
Leading Edge Preschool offers low ratios, Experience Early Learning curriculum and Kinder Prep, ensuring our 4-5 year olds are Kinder ready. We promote family engagement with parent volunteers and monthly special events. Leading Edge Preschool offer low ratios and has a 4 star rating with Quality First.

What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business?
"I have toured 6 centers before Leading Edge Preschool and I was here for 10 minutes and knew this was the right fit for my child. This is not a daycare, this is a true preschool that partners with parents."

What Motivates you professionally?
I am motivated to see our employees grow and develop in their teaching careers. I want to offer the best Preschool program by networking with other schools and partnering with Parents.

Who do you look up to or admire?
I look up to Delmer Geesey, pastor of Life Community Church and President of Leading Edge Academy. He has provided invaluable wisdom and guidance as we have established Leading Edge Preschool.

When you're not working where, in Gilbert, do you spend your time?
When we are not working on the business, we are serving at our church, Life Community, or enjoying adventures with our 2 children, ages 2 and 6.
