In this interactive workshop\, you'll learn how to identify potential risks\, implement effective risk reduction strategies\, and safeguard your business with proper protection. We'll also explore the critical role of insurance in risk management and guide you through creating a practical risk management plan. Whether you're a new or established business owner\, this session will equip you with the tools to build resilience and confidently navigate uncertainty.\n\n\n\nFacilitated by J n Simon\n\n\n\n\nJ n Simon is the Owner of Foundation Insurance Services and has been an active member of the Gilbert Community since 2014\, he is originally from Washington State and moved to Arizona in 1999.  J n is involved with the Chamber's Public Policy Committee\, is a graduate of Gilbert Leadership Class XXIV\, served on the Board of Directors for Gilbert Leadership for 6 years\, has served the past 7 years on the Chamber Board of Directors\, Chamber Executive Board\, and is a Past Chair of the Board at the Chamber. J n is currently serving his fifth year on the Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Gilbert and served 2 years as the Chair of that Commission.
