Workshop will begin at 10:15 am. \n\n\n\nPosition yourself for success in the year ahead with a focused session on visioning and mindset. This workshop is designed for entrepreneurs and professionals who want to approach the new year with clarity\, strategy\, and confidence.\n\n\n\nWe'll begin with guided reflection to assess where you are today and identify opportunities for growth. From there\, you'll explore proven mindset strategies that help high-performing professionals stay focused\, adaptable\, and resilient in the face of challenges. Using both traditional planning tools and innovative visualization techniques\, you'll define clear goals and map out actionable steps to achieve them.\n\n\n\nA key component of this session will be creating a professional vision board a visual framework for your business and career aspirations. You're welcome to bring personal items\, images\, or key words that represent your objectives\, and we will provide materials such as poster board\, magazines\, glue\, and scissors. This exercise will allow you to translate abstract goals into a tangible\, motivating resource that supports your daily decision-making and long-term strategy.\n\n\n\nWalk away with a renewed perspective\, a sharper mindset\, and a practical tool to keep your vision front and center throughout the year.\n\n\n\nFacilitated by Karen Camblin and Melanie Nemetz\n\n\n\nKaren Camblin is a Producing Sales Manager with Guild Mortgage Company.
