DESCRIPTION:Ethical Business Practices: Promoting Ethics and Integrity in Business\n\n\n\nIn this workshop we will cover:\n\n  Overview of ethics   how it affects decision-making\, affects your reputation\, trust within the community and among other business owners\n\n  Ethics:  Legal vs Practical\n\n      o Ramifications of failure to follow ethical practices   not only through the judicial system\, but the impact            on the success of your business and its growth\n\n  Common ethical issues for the small business owner  - dispute with customer/client\, issues among team members/staff\, \n\n  Ethical Leadership/Culture   it starts at the top!!  What can you do and do you actually do as the leader of the business to be an example to your team in being ethical and how do you empower them to do the same in their role with your business?  \n\n\n\nFacilitated by Heather Parker\n\nHeather Parker has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside\, and her Juris Doctorate Degree from The John Marshall Law School\, of Chicago\, Illinois.  She has been an attorney for over 20 years and is licensed to practice law in both Arizona and Illinois.
