I walked away from a great job and co-founded a software company. Our team "bootstrapped" to $2 million dollars in revenue\, a dozen employees\, and was acquired in year three by a public company. This launched me into sales\, marketing and operations leadership at a few big companies over the next two decades.\n\n\n\nThrough the years\, I learned that I had a "superpower" for scaling businesses. I helped the companies I was involved with to move the needle in their business\, but I wanted more. I wanted to help entrepreneurs build better businesses!\n\n\n\nMy journey led me to work with thousands of small business owners where I observed most of them struggling to improve their processes\, simplify their businesses\, and get their leadership team on board with their vision.\n\n\n\nAnd that's when I decided that my purpose was to help small business owners build a business that they love\, that brings them more freedom\, and that makes a difference in the world.
