After earning his Executive Master's from Thunderbird\, Joe led sales efforts across Arizona\, Mexico\, and South America for Comet Yxlon\, an industrial x-ray company\, where he became the #1 sales leader in the Americas within two years. Today\, Joe works with North Star Imaging (NSI)\, selling advanced x-ray systems primarily to aerospace and defense companies across Arizona and California.\n\n\n\n\n\nVince Giovannini   Deloitte Consulting\n\nVince Giovannini is a workforce consultant and leader of Labor Market Intelligence at Deloitte Consulting. In his role\, Vince oversees both sales and client services\, working with Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries to identify workforce challenges and deliver strategic consulting solutions. Prior to Deloitte\, Vince led data science consulting at CBRE's Labor Analytics Group and also held economic development roles with both the Greater Phoenix Economic Council and the Town of Gilbert.
